Ms. Mia

Education
I graduated from James Madison Memorial and attended MATC completing coarse work in Early Childhood Certification as well as the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program.

Early Childhood
I have enjoyed working as an assistant and lead teacher providing care for children of all ages and children with special needs.

Personal Information
I have 6 siblings and love being part of a big family. I enjoy dancing, singing and spending time with friends and family.

Ms. Mandy

Education
I graduated from Cuestra College in San Luis Obispo, California with my Early Childhood Education units.

Early Childhood
I started babysitting when I was 12 years old and my first job while still in High School was at a preschool. I have always loved working with children and the little ones definitely hold a special place in my heart. I have been the preschool teacher, Sunday school teacher, after school teacher, camp counselor and many other titles, but in the end I just want to work with the children.

Personal Information
I grew up on a small farm on the central coast of California with six younger brothers and sisters. My favorite thing to do is spend time with friends and free time is often spent outdoors. I have been teaching myself to sew the last few years and hope to be good some day.

Ms. Ama

Education
I have attended St. Louis Secondary School in Kumasi, Ghana and received a General Certificate of Education O'Level. I have also attended Wesley College in Kumasi, Ghana and received a Teacher's Certificate 'A' Post-Secondary which is Equivalent to an Associate Degree in Elementary Education, and also Upper Iowa University in Madison, WI and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a Minor in Psychology.

Early Childhood
I am a Level Six of Wisconsin Registry. Taught at an International School in Ghana - 1st Grade for 10 years. Taught at St. Joseph's Elementary School in London, Great Britain for 2 years. I have worked with infants in a Christian Day Care for almost 4 years, with Indigo Preschool for 6 months with infants. Also, worked with La Petite Academy in Madison for 4 years with infants.

Personal Information
I am married with children. I am originally from Ghana, West Africa. I enjoy being a part of building a very solid foundation for children emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually in order to establish the fact that the world is a very nice place to live.

Ms. Samantha

Education
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia College in South Carolina.

Early Childhood
I worked for South Carolina's Early Intervention program which includes children from both 3 years old. I completed my intern at The Speech Garden Institute in North Carolina where I assisted with lesson planning and teaching.

Personal Information
I just moved from Columbia, South Carolina! This is my first time living in The North. I have one cat, Cadillac and a dog, Gadsden. In my space time I like to crochet and sew.

Ms. Wendy

Education
I am graduated from Memorial High School. I have completed Intro to Child Care Professions from the Early Learning Station, in addition to numerous continuing education classes.

Early Childhood
I have worked with the Head Start program for 3 years specializing in Children 3-5 years old. I have assisted with the Kindergarten readiness program in 2009.

Personal Information
I am married and have 5 children! I enjoy going to craft shows and making new things. I have lived in Madison all my life!
