Music Curriculum

Kids Junction is very excited to offer music classes with Lucy Hubbell.  Our program introduces a variety of elements including music terms, style and instrumental introduction.  Through song and dance we hope to reinforce what the children are already learning through rhyming and sound.  We hope the introduction of music at a young age will evolve into a lifetime enjoyment of the performing arts.

Miss Lucy

Education:

I graduated from UW LaCrosse with a BS in Music Education with an Instrumental emphasis.  I also have a Masters Degree in College Student Development and Administration.

Early Childhood:

I taught private lessons (instrumental) after graduating from college.  I have seven nieces and nephews and enjoy planning fun activities for children.

Personal Information:

I play Alto Saxophone and enjoy performing special music at my church.  I'm hoping to form a saxophone quartet to play at special events.  In my free time I enjoy getting together with friends and taking horse back riding lessons.
