Curriculum Overview

Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center's curriculum can be compared to a roundhouse. A roundhouse is a building for railroad locomotives with a central turntable and several sections of track branching out from it. Figuratively, the children are the locomotives and the curriculum, the tracks. Our goal is to take the best from curriculum and lay out the track in such a way that your li'l locomotive can learn the most through the Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center Roundhouse Experience.

The Creative Curriculum
An environmental approach to learning in
which children learn through daily exploration
with a rich environment as well as direct
teacher instruction.

The Houghton Mifflin Curriculum
 A hands-on, minds-on curriculum that 
is based on scientific research.  Aligned
with key Pre-K learning goals, it provides 
children with the foundational skills they
need to succeed as lifelong learners.

are introduced to the children
throughout the course of the year.

Preschoolers participate weekly in

Sign Language
