Ms. Kim

Education
I received a Vocational Diploma in Child Services from Southwest Tech and have 15+ years experience with children aged infant to school age. I enjoy taking continuing education courses in Early Childhood Development & Curriculum.

Early Childhood
I used to have a family daycare in my Sauk Prairie home. I have been a lead teacher at a licensed group preschool setting for the last 10 years. I love getting to know the families and the children!

Personal Information
I have raised one son who will soon graduate from high school. I enjoy being a grandmother to 2 wonderful grandchildren! I also enjoy nature walks at Devil's Lake, spending quality time with my husband and watching movies.

Ms. Emilie

Education
I received my education degree from Northwestern College with my emphasis in ESL education. The study of ESL (English as a Second Language), also known as ELL (English Language Learners), has helped equip me with the necessary tools for teaching language skills to young people. I also am continuing my education in the area of Early Childhood Education in order to complete my certification in this field.

Early Childhood
I have worked with different families in the Madison area as a nanny and domestic helper. I have been working in the education field for over 6 years, in all different areas, and I look forward to meeting and working with new families through Kids Junction.

Personal Information
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, reading, being active with sports, and spending time with my husband. When I have time, I also enjoy working on different types of art projects.

Ms. Alissa

Education
I am 2 classes away from graduating Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL with my Associates Degree. I have taken education courses that qualify for an Elementary Education degree.

Early Childhood
I have worked with children for the past 9 years; babysitting, being a personal nanny, and working in childcare. I also organized childcare at conferences for InterVarsity as a national coordinator. As the coordinator I came up with daily plans and activities for the children between the ages of infancy to 12 years.

Personal Information
I recently got married in September to my wonderful husband, Jordan (also known as Mr. Jordan on the school-age side of Kids Junction). I enjoy writing and singing music in my free time as well as traveling and going on new adventures.

Ms. Stephanie

Education
I am currently enrolled at MATC. I'm in the process of transferring to UW-Madison to finish my degree in Early Childhood Education.

Early Childhood
I have worked in the Early Childhood field for 4 years. My previous job was as an assistant teacher at a Christian Child Care Center in Michigan. I have worked with children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

Personal Information
I recently moved to Madison from a small town in Michigan! I have 5 brothers and I love to write, sing and read!
